Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Any delays due to high demand, supply chain issues, or weather conditions will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Orders are shipped via USPS.

3. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping

4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some peptides may be restricted in certain states or countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Wise Peptide LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office. We will not reship the items. 

6. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS due to the nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For approved claims, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
